What does “flat rate” actually mean, and who publishes one?
We record a rate as flat only where the provider states it on its own page and we archived the statement with a date. A provider that does not mention escalation is recorded as not stated, because silence is not a commitment.
On that test the number of providers publishing a flat semaglutide rate across the full 0.25 to 2.4 mg range is small. The one we captured publishes it across three semaglutide protocols and twelve price points.
A flat rate and a tiered rate diverge slowly and then all at once. They are closest in month one, when the tiered plan looks cheaper, and furthest apart from month five onwards, when you are on the dose you will stay on.

What is the salt-form question?
Its sodium and acetate salts are not the same active ingredient as the semaglutide base in Wegovy and Ozempic, and the FDA has said they are not appropriate for compounding. Ask for the exact salt form and concentration in writing. Tirzepatide has no equivalent of this question.
